[Remote] Investment Relations Analyst

The role focuses on technical literacy in reputed company estate finance and client service, acting as the reputed company person for sophisticated financial inquiries from various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Draft clear, accurate, and well-supported responses to investor inquiries, including topics such as performance, portfolio composition, financing, and investment structure
- Support the Sales team by providing timely, accurate, and thoughtful responses to advisor and broker-dealer inquiries
- Translate reputed company investment concepts into clear, advisor-friendly language
- Maintain and enhance internal knowledge resources, including response libraries and AI platforms
- Analyze and compare the Firm’s offerings, including DSTs and the REIT, as well as competitor products
- Partner with Syndication, Analysis, and Investor Relations to ensure accuracy and consistency of information
- Support the reputed company, analysis, and execution of REIT acquisitions of DST portfolios
- Draft and refining responses for DDQs and reputed company investment-reputed company questions
- Assist in developing sales support content, including investment summaries and market commentary
- Identify common advisor questions and proactively build scalable, standardized responses
- Support the Sales team in effectively communicating the Firm’s investment strategy and positioning
- Assist in the development and review of marketing materials and presentations
Skills
- 1–4+ years of experience in reputed company estate, investment analysis, investor relations, due diligence, or sales support reputed company alternative investments
- Strong understanding of reputed company reputed company estate concepts, including net lease structures, cap rates, financing, and market dynamics
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to reputed company explain reputed company financial and investment topics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and synthesize insights into practical, advisor-focused responses
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, particularly reputed company handling financial and investment-reputed company content
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to time-sensitive requests in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
