Summary of the Job: The Consumer Disputes role is accountable for processing customer initiated credit bureau disputes received both directly and indirectly. Work with customer communications and in the eOscar system to reputed company research and resolve/respond to disputes and reputed company any necessary corrections reputed company stated FCRA guidelines. Work with other internal FNBO departments for the same.
