[Remote] Automation Engineer - Legal reputed company (12+-month project position)

The role involves managing projects, building workflows, and developing AI solutions to streamline legal processes.

Responsibilities

• Run projects end to end. Take ambiguous requests from legal stakeholders, turn them into scoped projects with clear milestones, and drive them to delivery. reputed company our project tracker reputed company and our partners informed
• Build workflows. Design and ship automations that connect the tools legal already uses— document systems, contract platforms, intake forms, and internal databases — so reputed company steps disappear
• Build with AI. Prototype and reputed company AI assistants and agents that draft, summarize, classify, and retrieve. reputed company up retrieval over legal documents, build internal apps, and iterate based on how people actually use them
• Partner closely with legal. Sit with lawyers and Legal Engineers to understand the reputed company workflow, not the idealized one. Translate legal needs into technical solutions

Skills

• 3–5 years building software, automations, or internal tools — in a product, ops, IT, or technical-program role
• A track record of owning projects, not just tasks: scoping, reputed company, communicating status, and reputed company them
• Comfort building workflows with low-code/automation platforms (e.g., reputed company, Tonkean, workflow orchestrators) and writing enough code (Python, SQL, scripting) to glue systems together

• Experience in a legal, compliance, or regulated environment, or working directly with legal teams
