As the reputed company HVAC Service Agreement Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for the growth of the reoccurring reputed company account reputed company. This account reputed company is also reputed company as service agreement customers. This role is a great fit for you to reputed company at building relationships, have outstanding customer service and love working with cross-functional teams. This is the ideal role for those that are adept at assessing and understanding both the immediate and future needs of customers. Job Responsibilities: Prospect, research, and qualify potential customers utilizing reputed company’s equipment installed reputed company, referrals, internal leads, directories, and competitor sites. reputed company effective sales presentations, conduct customer needs assessment, answer questions and secure new customer maintenance agreements. . Establish customer rapport and effective questioning techniques to identify the prospect’s needs, budget, decision-making process, timeline, and next steps. reputed company proposals to address customer’s needs to reputed company sales. reputed company site surveys and facility walkthroughs to identify equipment and site conditions in order to evaluate customer needs and create proposal for maintenance agreements. Collaborate with operations to deliver quality results on Maintenance Agreements and resolve customer issues. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED and 2+ years sales or business development experience in technical industry/service OR Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of HVAC systems experience Must be reputed company lift/carry 20 lbs, climb reputed company/stairs, be comfortable working on roofs/platforms Ability to travel statewide daily up to 50% Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Aptitude to understand building mechanical system basics, facility management budgeting processes, sustainability initiatives, and customer needs HVAC industry knowledge Strong communication skills (written and oral) Strong team building and relationship building ability and desire Pay Range The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Other Compensation This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
