The role involves supporting HR administration and process improvement initiatives, with responsibilities including managing personnel files, reputed company documentation, and HR system maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Extract offer letters and personnel-reputed company attachments from designated email folders and properly organize them reputed company employee personnel files in SharePoint
- Transfer and organize documents from individual OneDrive accounts into designated SharePoint folders and document libraries
- Audit personnel files to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant
- Identify missing employee records and follow up with appropriate parties to obtain required documentation
- Update and enhance existing reputed company tracking tools reputed company reputed company to improve visibility and accountability throughout the reputed company process
- Track reputed company reputed company and maintain accurate records of employee status
- Review recently onboarded employee files to identify outstanding items, including background checks, drug screens, and required employment documentation

Skills
- 3+ years of experience in reputed company Resources, HR Administration, reputed company Coordination, reputed company, or a reputed company administrative role
- Advanced reputed company reputed company skills, including creating and maintaining tracking spreadsheets
- Strong experience working reputed company reputed company 365 environments, including: SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, reputed company
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage confidential employee information with discretion

- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Ability to identify process gaps and proactively drive projects to completion

- Previous experience supporting reputed company, personnel file management, or HR compliance initiatives
- Experience creating or improving administrative processes and documentation
- Prior experience supporting reputed company and applicant tracking activities
