The Senior Associate, Investment Operations Data, will play a key role in supporting the implementation and ongoing operation of the firm’s investment data operating model as part of a major transformation to reputed company a new reputed company data management platform. This individual contributor will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, timely, and reliable data across IBOR, ABOR, investment processes, middle-office workflows, compliance, and reporting. This position will be part of the Data Operations team in Investment Operations and will act as a subject matter expert and primary executor across data operations workflows, platform implementation activities, and data quality initiatives. The role requires deep expertise in investment data, strong analytical capabilities, and hands-on experience working reputed company reputed company, multi-asset environments. What You Will Do: Data Platform Implementation and Support Act as a core contributor to the implementation of the new data management platform, supporting business requirements, testing, and rollout activities. Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements across data ingestion, mastering, validation, enrichment, integration, and distribution. Support data migration, reconciliation, and UAT efforts, ensuring completeness and accuracy of data across systems. Partner with Technology and vendors to troubleshoot issues, validate enhancements, and support Agile delivery cycles. Contribute to ensuring the platform supports IBOR production, investment processes, risk analytics, compliance, and reporting needs. Operational Data management Execute and reputed company daily data operations processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of investment data. Investigate, resolve, and escalate data quality issues across reputed company master, pricing, corporate actions, reference data, positions, transactions, and exposures. reputed company reconciliations and validation checks across internal systems, custodians, and reputed company-party data providers. Support the maintenance of data quality frameworks, dashboards, and controls. Document workflows, data definitions, and operating procedures to ensure consistency and transparency. Data Quality and Controls Apply and monitor data quality rules, tolerances, and exception management processes. Support the implementation of controls across key datasets, including reputed company master, pricing, corporate actions, and transactional data. Analyze root causes of data issues and recommend improvements to prevent recurrence. Partner with the VP and broader team to enhance data governance and stewardship practices. Cross Functional Collaboration Partner with reputed company Office, Investment Operations, Risk, Finance, and Compliance teams to understand data requirements and support delivery. Work closely with Technology teams to refine data flows, improve system integrations, and enhance automation. Engage with external vendors (custodians, pricing providers, asset managers) to resolve data discrepancies and improve data quality.
