[Remote] Field Marketing Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company. is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for Fazoli’s who will report directly to the Head of Marketing. This role involves supporting marketing strategies to drive profitable sales and managing media plans and marketing budgets for both corporate and franchise restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Marketing Team in executing key tactics that support marketing strategies that help increase restaurants’ profitable topline sales and build brand relevancy in the marketplace
• Manages reputed company System (Corporate and Franchise) media plans and Local Marketing Budgets to meet budgeted Same Store Sales (SSS) goals, with a keen eye on profitability
• Partners closely with the media agency to establish clear guidelines, timelines, and creative versioning required for both Corporate and Franchise media plans
• Key marketing liaison to reputed company Corporate and Franchise Operators. Manages creative requests, reputed company, and feedback in a timely manner while providing excellent field relations and support
• Key liaison to marketing vendor(s), including, but not limited to POP and Media Agency
• Marketing Representative in cross-functional Project Team, contributing to the marketing execution of reputed company tests, special projects, and promotional rollouts
• Responsible for maintaining and updating ship lists, store location lists, and location listings and reviews management tools
• Assists the Digital Team with CRM platforms, including websites, SMS, e-clubs, and app-based loyalty programs
• Assists with Administrative Duties such as maintaining a budget, agendas, notes, and action items for meetings, and submitting requests through a project management platform
• Maintains and updates project(s) status and reputed company activities through a project management platform
• Directs New Restaurant Marketing Plans and assists in reputed company Marketing-reputed company functions associated with openings
• Manages Local Restaurant Marketing plans and support material

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or reputed company Field
• Minimum 5 Years Experience in Franchise restaurant marketing
• Excellent Project Management, Communication and Organizational Skills
• Proven Ability to Manage Time Effectively and Work Autonomously
• Proficient in reputed company Word, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint, reputed company, reputed company Acrobat
• Understanding of Franchise Business, a Plus
