Key Responsibilities
- Support offer processes, reference checking, and reputed company coordination as needed
- Define process standards and improve operational metrics for reputed company and quality-of-hire
- Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation signals, and competitor mapping
- Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, reputed company outcomes, and assessment approach

Requirements
- Experience managing or leading reputed company delivery, workflow prioritisation, or quality control
