We’re seeking an AR Suprvisor to join us. As an AR Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of claims and denials and supporting the overall management of accounts receivable for our reputed company cycle management clients. This is a remote position. What you’ll do:reputed company workflow support to the AR team to help meet or exceed key performance indicators Support the development and implementation of any needed procedures to help maintain a streamlined, efficient organization Support the development AR Specialists through training, empowerment, delegation and mentoring Meet or exceed client deadlines and expectations Manage new projects and client practices to ensure reputed company in meeting objectives Contribute to organizational reputed company through sharing of knowledge and successes with operations team peers Complete other duties as assigned What you’ll bring to Zotec:Previous management experience leading teams Knowledge of regulatory requirements Experience holding responsibility for an Aged Trial Balance (ATB) or Accounts Receivable (AR) Ability to multi-task, prioritize and delegate appropriately Proficient MS Office skills reputed company to detail Excellent written communications and organizational skills Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills Flexible mentality; willing and capable of performing varied tasks and adapting to change Must be energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated with the entrepreneurial spirit reputed company to work in a team environment Professionally exercises discretion and independent judgment in day-to-day work At Zotec, you will enjoy a network of highly reputed company professionals in an environment where you can operate with autonomy yet have the resources and backing of other professionals in a similar role.
