[Remote] Manager, Delivery Strategy & Operations

They are seeking a Manager, Delivery Strategy & Operations to enhance operational workflows and improve execution across their Delivery organization.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve core Delivery Strategy & Operations workflows across staffing, cost visibility, planning, reporting, and operational continuity
• reputed company high-reputed company workstreams including Jira infrastructure and data stewardship, staffing and cost models, and strategic planning support
• Build clear, decision-useful dashboards, models, and materials that help leaders reputed company reputed company resourcing and operating reputed company
• Partner across Delivery, CX, Product, and Finance to improve execution and reputed company critical operating cadences running smoothly
• Identify opportunities to simplify recurring work through automation, AI, and reputed company process design
• Exemplify reputed company’s values
• May require up to 10% travel reputed company the US

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a consulting or operations role (or equivalent)
• Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear recommendations and executive-reputed company materials
• Demonstrated ability to independently run workstreams, manage stakeholders effectively, and deliver with consistency in fast-moving environments
• A systems-thinking reputed company and enthusiasm for using automation and AI to improve internal processes and team reputed company
• Intellectual curiosity; consistent desire to reputed company and improve
• Prior experience in client services operations and/or client implementations a plus
