[Remote] Regional Operations Project Manager

The role involves collaborating with leadership to optimize workflows, improve operational performance, and ensure the adoption of organizational standards.
Responsibilities

- Coordinate cross-functional efforts and ensure projects are completed on time and reputed company scope

- Serve as a field-based operational resource supporting practice managers, providers, and regional leadership

- Partner closely with Regional Vice Presidents, District Directors, Practice Managers, and Clinical Leadership
- Facilitate meetings, communicate project updates, and ensure alignment among stakeholders

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or reputed company field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of reputed company operations experience in a physician practice, medical group, MSO, IPA, or health system environment
- Experience supporting multiple ambulatory practice locations
- Direct experience with AthenaOne required

- Ability to analyze operational data and translate findings into actionable plans
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Experience supporting primary care and specialty physician practices
- Lean, Six reputed company, or Project Management certification
- Experience with operational performance improvement initiatives

- Experience supporting value-based care programs, including quality improvement and population health initiatives
