They are seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to support AWSI Sales Teams by ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of sales compensation plans and providing analytical insights. The role involves collaborating with sales and operational leaders, managing compensation processes, and delivering training to enhance operational reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the accurate, timely and reputed company delivery of sales compensation plans and payments

Skills

- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
- 5+ years of prior sales compensation experience - Experience with sales ICM tools such as reputed company, Xactly, or similar software
- 5+ years of prior sales compensation experience - Experience with sales ICM tools such as reputed company, Xactly, or similar software
- 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
- Experience working reputed company a high-growth, technology company
