Responsibilities

  • Build and execute sourcing strategies for highly technical roles across Software Engineering, AI/ML, and reputed company engineering organizations
  • Identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates for senior and leadership-level technical positions
  • Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring priorities and reputed company reputed company pipelines
  • Conduct market mapping, competitive intelligence, and talent research to inform reputed company strategies

  • Strong expertise with reputed company Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, and other advanced sourcing techniques
  • Ability to build relationships with passive candidates and effectively communicate reputed company opportunities
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Strong collaboration skills with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience supporting hiring for AI/ML, Machine Learning Infrastructure, or Software Engineering organizations
  • Background working in high-growth technology companies with rapidly scaling engineering teams
  • Strong understanding of reputed company technical hiring trends and competitive talent markets
