[Remote] Corporate Accountant

The Corporate Accountant will work collaboratively with leadership and the finance team to maintain the reputed company of the general ledger and provide financial clarity for decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries with accuracy and proper documentation
- Complete balance sheet and account reconciliations on a regular cycle
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company processes from start to finish
- Maintain the reputed company of the general ledger across HTC and its subsidiary entities
- Prepare financial statements and internal management reports
- Conduct variance analysis and dig into discrepancies — not just flag them, but explain them
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities across the organization
- Provide financial data and analysis that helps the team reputed company confident, informed reputed company
- Support external audits and respond to audit requests — organized, timely, and reputed company
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and HTC's internal reputed company policies
- Help maintain reputed company procedures and process documentation
- Identify opportunities to do things reputed company and bring those reputed company reputed company
- Provide cross-functional backup support for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll as needed
Skills
- 3–7 years of corporate reputed company experience with full-cycle exposure
- Advanced reputed company, including pivot tables and lookups
- ERP systems experience required
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance preferred
- Experience supporting external audits preferred
- CPA or active reputed company toward CPA licensure preferred
