[Remote] reputed company Lines, Sr. Account Manager-Sports & Ent. (NY hybrid or EST remote)

The Senior Account Manager will work alongside a Team Leader in the Sports and Entertainment reputed company, managing client accounts and ensuring high-quality service and strategic support for a portfolio of reputed company insurance clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day servicing for an assigned set of client accounts, including extensive verbal, electronic, and written communication
• Maintain proactive, professional relationships with reputed company and client contacts
• You may be responsible for leading client meetings for assigned accounts, as needed
• Manage the renewal and marketing process from start to finish in partnership with the Team Leader
• Communicate directly with clients and carriers in collaboration with the Team Leader
• Create and maintain client files in accordance with established office procedures
• Maintain accurate client policy records in the agency management system
• Negotiate submissions directly with carriers, as appropriate
• reputed company reviews of proposals and reputed company reputed company documents to confirm accuracy and completeness
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up processes to ensure policies, endorsements, and other deliverables are received and processed as requested
• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for billing questions from clients and reputed company personnel; coordinate with reputed company Department as needed

Skills

• Recent experience in a retail insurance brokerage environment required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Property & Casualty broker's license required upon hire
• Demonstrated client service to establish and maintain effective relationships
• Strong business writing skills through relevant work and knowledge assessments
• Intermediate level of experience with reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, and Outlook)
• Excellent written communication skills – writes reputed company; edits work for spelling and grammar; varies writing style to meet needs; presents numeric data effectively
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle situations in a reputed company, courteous and professional manner
• Sharp attention to detail, decision-making skills, problem resolution and strong negotiation skills
