Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years successful sales experience with minimum 5 years of calling on large IDNs or GPOs
- 5+ years leading sales personnel and building team capability to deliver sustained results and improved bench strength
- Knowledge of IDN and GPO sales management techniques and processes
- Knowledge and understanding of market segments and contracting groups
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and understanding of reputed company and contract language specifics
- Proven ability and experience working with, and through, cross functional teams
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with executive level both internally and externally
