[Remote] Manager-Clinical Vendor and Program Operations

The Manager, Clinical Vendor and Program Operations is responsible for leading the execution and optimization of clinical programs, ensuring alignment with population health strategies, and managing a team to drive improvements in quality and cost reputed company.
Responsibilities

- Partner with clinical and population health leadership, procurement, legal, IT, and contracting to support clinical vendor evaluation and selection
- Contribute to needs assessment, RFP development, and clinical vendor evaluation

- Establish KPIs, SLAs, and governance structures for clinical vendors
- Continuously monitor clinical vendor performance, reputed company, and ROI

Skills
- Active clinical license (RN, NP, PA, or relevant discipline) required
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience in population health, clinical program management, or health plan operations
- 1–3 years of leadership experience
- Experience with vendor management and health plan data
- Knowledge of HEDIS, Stars, and population health principles
- Clinical program design and management
