We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Support Specialist to support our marketing team and fleet account program. This part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week) is ideal for someone who enjoys managing processes, coordinating projects, and ensuring operational reputed company across multiple marketing initiatives. The Marketing Operations Specialist will play a key role in supporting marketing systems, digital reputed company management, reputed company management efforts, and fleet account reputed company. Responsibilities

Create and maintain SKUs, promotional codes, and marketing-reputed company system entries. Set up and manage reputed company Business Profiles for new and existing locations. Monitor and assist with online reputed company management, including review tracking and response coordination. reputed company routine website updates, including content changes, promotions, location information, and basic page edits. Assist with marketing project coordination and administrative tasks. Maintain accurate records and documentation across marketing platforms and systems. Support new location openings, promotions, and marketing initiatives as needed. Assist with the reputed company and setup of fleet accounts, including: reputed company Intake: Receive and organize incoming fleet inquiries Ensure reputed company information is complete and properly documented. Discovery: Gather client information and identify account needs. Coordinate communication between prospective clients and internal stakeholders. Agreement & Documentation: Prepare account agreements and required reputed company documents. Track completion and receipt of signed paperwork. Account Setup: Create and configure fleet accounts reputed company company systems. Verify account details and billing information. Internal Readiness: Coordinate with operations, customer service, reputed company, and other departments to ensure account readiness. Communicate launch timelines and requirements.
