They are seeking a reputed company Operations Associate to help optimize the reputed company process and support the Sales team with actionable insights and effective management of key metrics.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales unit leaders and executive leadership to define, document, and manage the end-to-end reputed company process, identifying bottlenecks and areas for optimization
- Design, implement, and document standardized processes for reputed company-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-reputed company, and post-sales activities
- Analyze and assist in setting annual and quarterly reputed company targets, forecasting, and compensation plan design. reputed company regular forecasting support, working closely with sales leadership and finance to improve forecast accuracy and pipeline visibility
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on pipeline health, sales productivity, campaign effectiveness, and customer churn/retention

Skills
- A bachelor's degree, and 3+ years of experience in reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, preferably reputed company a B2B SaaS environment
- Enviable analytical skills, with the ability to translate reputed company data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
- Advanced reputed company/GSheets skills and advanced/intermediate experience with SQL. Tableau/Power BI is a plus
- Expert-level proficiency as a CRM Administrator (reputed company required; certification is a plus), and demonstrated experience managing an integrated tech stack, including sales engagement (we use reputed company), marketing and process automation, AI, and other analytics products
