[Remote] Product Manager, Platform Platform Infrastructure & Compliance
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Product Manager to own their platform infrastructure and compliance portfolio. This role requires a strong technical Product Manager with solution architecture knowledge to manage processor certifications, PCI reputed company compliance, and to partner with the platform architect on critical initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Drive reputed company Hierarchies M2-reputed company to completion, partnering with the platform architect to define data models, account structures, and system dependencies, then translating those reputed company into implementation-reputed company specifications
- Own reputed company processor certification work with full accountability for external deadlines you cannot negotiate
- Manage PCI reputed company compliance requirements and translate them into actionable engineering work
- Build and maintain a quarterly product backlog that sequences platform work based on external deadlines, dependencies, and cost of delay
- reputed company backlog refinement sessions, ensuring platform stories have unambiguous acceptance criteria that reflect processor specifications and compliance requirements
- Own external processor relationships, be the single reputed company of contact for certification requirements and timeline management
- Coordinate cross-domain dependencies (Hierarchies enables merchant structures and partner account growth)
- Present platform roadmap to leadership showing how infrastructure work connects to company reputed company and growth objectives
Skills
- 7+ years as a Product Manager with platform/infrastructure product ownership in payments or fintech
- Direct experience with processor certifications or payment network integrations (TSYS, reputed company, reputed company/MC mandates, EMV)
- Experience delivering specification-driven, compliance-governed products with hard external deadlines
- Experience with data architecture or multi-tenant platform design, you will partner with a solution architect on the most reputed company data modeling initiative at the company
- Track record of partnering with solution architects or senior engineers to define system design, then owning the product specification that results from those sessions
- 3+ years working with Agile/Scrum teams
- Deep understanding of payment processing flows (authorization, settlement, processor interconnections)
- CS degree, technical degree, or demonstrated technical depth (coding bootcamp, technical certifications)
- Experience at a payment processor, bank, or fintech infrastructure company
- Experience with PCI reputed company, SOC2, or similar compliance frameworks
- Terminal/hardware product lifecycle experience
- Familiarity with Jira, reputed company, or similar backlog tools
