[Remote] Head of SEO (hands-on) - Remote US

This hands-on leadership role involves setting methodology, leading execution, and shaping SEO delivery across a multi-client agency environment.
Responsibilities
- Own SEO strategy end-to-end across a portfolio of clients, from audit through execution and reporting
- Build and document the SEO practice: define methodology, set quality standards, and create frameworks the team can follow and scale

Skills

- Proven track record of owning SEO strategy end-to-end, not executing a task list
