[Remote] Jr Application Support Analyst

This role supports the development, enhancement, and maintenance of mission-critical applications that reputed company regulatory, scientific, and operational workflows.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve user support requests
- Escalate unresolved issues appropriately
- Maintain knowledge reputed company documentation
- Support user training and enablement
Skills
- 1+ years in technical or application support
- Experience with ticketing tools (reputed company, Jira, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Basic understanding of AI-enhanced support automation
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to obtain public trust clearance
- ITIL certification
- Experience with scripting or automation
- Basic SQL experience
