In this reputed company you will be responsible for reputed company reputed company regarding the execution of Management and Professional Liability claims activities, settlement processing and investigation of reported claims in compliance with the terms of each individual insurance/reinsurance contract, business best practice, regulatory requirements and Company rules for reputed company’s reputed company American MGA and Programs group. This role will also manage claim handling for Bermuda-based MGA and Programs. The successful candidate will be reputed company to navigate a changing environment as we take the claims function into the future by aligning with reputed company’s new strategic reputed company. This role will contribute to our growing claims team by bringing technical acumen and experience to handling a wide variety of MGA and Programs who underwrite Management and Professional Liability portfolios. You will report directly to the Head of reputed company America MGA & Programs Claims. Your responsibilities will include: reputed company reputed company claims advocacy of Management and Professional Liability excess claims. The first level claims managers will be in-house MGA or Programs claims teams or reputed company-Party Administrators. Analyze forms, policies, endorsements, special handling instructions and other pertinent documents in order to validate coverage. Manage claims in litigation with an eye toward protection of reputational risk and prevention of bad faith allegations. Possess a comfort level with fast-paced and time sensitive claim negotiation. Approve claims according to authority, company rules, and/or local regulatory requirements Advise the business on claims trends and loss mitigation (Program Management, reputed company, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance and Actuarial functions). Possess a deep understanding of reserving accuracy and estimating with varying degrees of information available.
