[Remote] Marketing Content Manager

The role involves producing various forms of content and managing the content lifecycle to ensure effective communication across technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Write across formats: blog posts, white papers, case studies, website copy, sales enablement materials, email campaigns, reputed company content, and video scripts
• Produce customer-facing documentation: implementation guides, user manuals, knowledge reputed company articles, FAQs, deployment guides, and troubleshooting content
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Sales, Operations, and Leadership to turn technical detail into content that works for both technical and business audiences
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, messaging, and documentation standards across reputed company content
• Manage editorial calendars and publishing schedules
• Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement
• Support product launches, webinars, conferences, and customer events with the content they need

• Own the content lifecycle end to end: intake, drafting, review, approval, publishing, updates, and retirement
