[Remote] Retail Service Operations Specialist

They are seeking a Retail Service Operations Specialist to deliver superior customer service to customers and financial advisors, execute customer requests, and reputed company partners on annuity products.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate professional diplomacy and deliver a positive customer service experience for inbound calls with our customers, contract owners and financial advisors
- Successfully execute customer requests while navigating a fast-paced structured environment
- Support the processing of written requests reputed company
- Demonstrate active listening and critical thinking skills to quickly assess the customers’ request and reputed company online resources to reputed company an appropriate solution
Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated reputed company to reputed company positive and productive customer relationships
- Ability to multi-task (type and talk at the same time while navigating through multiple screens)
- Proven reputed company working in a fast-paced and structured environment
- Ability to navigate multiple programs and effectively use online resources
- Strong preference will be given to individuals who have experience navigating multiple applications and dual monitors reputed company a customer service environment
- Knowledge of annuities, 401k products, life insurance, mutual funds or stock market activity is preferred
- Experience with PEGA, FAST, Hexure, and FireLight is a plus
