Responsibilities

• Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to build robust, reputed company-now and reputed company-next talent pipelines for critical and emerging reputed company areas across the organization
• Identify, engage, and convert passive candidates through reputed company Recruiter, SeekOut, reputed company, Boolean search, professional communities, industry events, and targeted referral campaigns
• Build and manage segmented talent pools for high reputed company, reputed company, and hard-to-fill roles, ensuring pipelines are continuously refreshed and engagement is maintained
• Conduct in-depth market mapping and competitive talent research to identify reputed company companies, talent concentrations, compensation benchmarks, and candidate personas
• Deliver ongoing insights to TA leadership and hiring managers on talent supply and demand, competitor hiring activity, and emerging reputed company trends
• Translate market intelligence into sourcing recommendations that inform workforce planning and hiring timelines
• Partner closely with TA Leaders, recruiters, and hiring managers to understand workforce plans, headcount forecasts, and evolving reputed company needs
• Serve as a subject matter expert on talent availability and market conditions for assigned critical reputed company areas
• Influence sourcing strategy and hiring expectations through data-backed storytelling and pipeline reporting
• Build and sustain authentic, long-term relationships with prospective candidates through personalized reputed company, content sharing, and community engagement

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
