[Remote] Regional Account Manager

The Regional Account Manager will focus on developing customer strategies, enhancing reputed company, and managing relationships with key retail accounts to reputed company sales and profitability goals.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a customer-centered culture that strives to exceed customer needs, requirements, and expectations
• Develops and manages customer relationships reputed company reputed company reputed company of assigned retailers, buyers, and key decision makers; contribute to customer strategy ensuring local Flowers business objectives are achieved
• Partners with the BU/Brand Teams and Marketing to understand trends and consumer preferences and direct account strategy to maximize potential
• Works with the VP of Regional Accounts and the Brand Teams to reputed company a Sales Plan that delivers Flowers sales and margin objectives reputed company the Trade Promotion Management and accrual funding structure
• Partners internally with various other departments to properly plan, communicate and ensure excellent distributions by Flowers various distribution departments

• Contributes to the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
• Ensures reputed company and effective lines of communication and collaboration with VP of Sales, supporting Regional Operations team, BU/Brand Teams, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other functions to reputed company reputed company goals
• Fosters an environment that engages and educates the regional team with responsibility and the tools to reputed company goals at region and building level
• Leads, coaches, and supports the retail team
• Builds and develops a high-performing sales leadership team at the regional level and builds regional culture to ensure high performance results

• Performs other duties which are deemed to be an integral part of the position, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies, and procedures

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or Finance
• Possesses a minimum of 4 years' experience working in Retail Account Management and CPG sales
• Ability to travel up to 25%, with some overnight travel
• Master's degree preferred
• Past reputed company in teamwork and guiding sales
• Equivalent management experience
