[Remote] Associate Supply Chain Analyst

The Associate Supply Chain Analyst will focus on material acquisition, contract negotiations, and managing supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assesses customer needs, provides technical procurement expertise to customers in the acquisition process, receipt of goods and any other reputed company issues
• Prepare and manage Request for Proposals/Quotations; conduct bid analysis, facilitate technical and reputed company clarifications and reputed company award recommendations
• reputed company negotiations with Supplier/Contractors including developing and executing cost reduction and cost avoidance strategies and initiatives
• Develops clear and concise contractual documentation such as MSA’s, Work Orders and Amendments

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 6 months' experience in supply chain overseeing reputed company, negotiations, and material costs
