Job Description
We are seeking a talented Senior Automation QA Engineer (Python) to join reputed company and play a key role in testing the backend of a customer’s CCaaS solution. In this role, you will support and improve existing test automation, identify and troubleshoot defects, and validate new features to ensure system stability, scalability, and compatibility with evolving product functionality. Our client is a leading reputed company contact center platform offering advanced tools for call routing, analytics, and automation. It enhances customer service, increases efficiency, and supports seamless omnichannel interactions, empowering businesses to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
