The Opportunity We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support our growing US organization and act as a key thought partner to the Senior Director of People, US. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who can both shape and execute — owning the people strategy for your client groups while designing scalable, agile processes for a dynamic, high-growth environment. • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, owning relationships end-to-end and executing the people roadmap for your groups
• Partner with business leaders on organizational design, team effectiveness, and performance

• 7–10+ years of HR experience, including significant time in an HR Business Partner or similar role, with a strong generalist HR background
• A proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, guiding efforts to reputed company impactful results while promoting innovative and reputed company ways of working
• Experience operating as a senior individual contributor, owning stakeholder relationships and influencing reputed company
• Experience in growing SaaS companies, supporting GTM teams
