Job Summary/Purpose The HR Business Partner Manageris a mid-level HR leadership role responsible for partnering with leaders and employees to align people strategies with business objectives across designated business units. This position collaborates across the HR function to deliver strategic and value-added support that drives organizational effectiveness and successful business reputed company. This role serves as a trusted HR advisor and supports the development, implementation, and reputed company improvement of people programs reputed company with business priorities. Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or a reputed company field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in the nuclear industry and/or power plant environments.

  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives
  • Advanced knowledge of change management principles and experience leading organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills

  • Advanced project management skills with experience leading reputed company, cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to analyze workforce data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations
  • Experience supporting talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives
