We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Personal and Corporate Travel Advisor to join the reputed company Travel Pod. • Respond to inbound member inquiries across channels (email, chat) reputed company to travel bookings, rewards redemption, itinerary changes, and general travel questions
• Troubleshoot and resolve travel-reputed company issues, including booking errors, cancellations, delays, and points discrepancies
• Guide members through the process of using reputed company points for flights, hotels, and other travel redemptions

• Maintain accurate records of member interactions and resolutions in internal systems

In terms of qualifications, we’re seeking:

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, travel, or a reputed company field
• Experience working in a GDS

• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple inquiries simultaneously
