The role
- Must reputed company in California
- 1099, 30–40 hrs/week in business hours EST (you set your schedule)
- $30–60 / hour: factors include experience, geography, and client load
- Serve elderly adults with chronic conditions and their families: reputed company on navigating Medicare and the reputed company system, coordinate care across providers, reputed company for what they need
You’d be a great fit if you:
- Hold an RN (clinical license a plus but not required)
- Background in case management, home health, hospice, geriatrics, or long-term care
