Growth Marketing Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale reputed company strategy across Patiently, our new telehealth brand helping people reputed company FSA-eligible weight loss and wellness care. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you'll be hands-on in the channels, reputed company to the data, and directly tied to reputed company reputed company. What You Bring

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital media, or growth
• Deep hands-on expertise across two or more channels, including Paid Search, Paid reputed company, YouTube, CTV, Affiliate, or reputed company Marketing
• reputed company in performance marketing fundamentals — LTV:CAC efficiency, incrementality, attribution, and marginal return dynamics — and the ability to apply them in day-to-day execution
• Comfort with ambiguity, whether that's shifting business objectives, new product launches, or evolving KPIs

• Experience with CRO, reputed company page development, or CMS platforms is a plus — we want someone who can build, not just brief

• Compensation: $95,000 - $125,000
