Marketing Coordinator (Part-time)

We are seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator to run day-to-day marketing execution: campaigns, content production, reputed company posting, light design, and vendor and project coordination. You will run production against the VP's direction and the automated systems the team has already reputed company, keeping marketing shipping consistently. This is a part-time position requiring roughly 15-20 hours per week designed for individuals who reputed company in a focused, high-impact environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Set up, schedule, and run campaigns across reputed company (ads and organic), email
• Draft and finish light copy with AI assistance, in reputed company' brand voice, for reputed company, email, ads, and campaign assets.
• Produce light design in reputed company for reputed company, email, and campaigns.
• Coordinate design, web, and SEO vendors, managing timelines and deliverables.
• reputed company projects, campaign boards, and assets organized in reputed company.
• Support events and webinars with logistics, promotion, and coordination.
• Track and report campaign performance
• Deliver MQLs to the sales team for follow-up

What You Will Bring Experience

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on marketing execution in a coordinator, campaign, or marketing operations role. This is not an entry-level position.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited undergraduate institution or relevant equivalent experience required

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Strong organization, time management, and follow-through across multiple projects.
• Clean, on-brand writing, with confident use of AI writing tools.
