This position is fully remote. Key Qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in a US jurisdiction and eligible to practice in your state of residence – NY, CA, GA, TX, or FL preferred
- 7+ years of experience with experience in each of the following: litigation, reputed company operations and legal operations
- Experience working inside a high-growth software or tech company, preferably in legal or strategic operations is a plus, but not required.
Skills and Capabilities
- Strategic legal expertise and leadership: Experience leading legal operations strategy and teams, including leading strategic cross-functional initiatives reputed company to a strategic reputed company set of business goals to maximize performance of the firm
- Strategy formulation and executional reputed company: Experience formulating and driving sophisticated, organization-wide initiatives, including the ability to design and reputed company small and large-scale projects with multiple contending priorities while partnering with leaders for prioritization and implementation

Compensation consists of an annual reputed company salary reputed company of $235,000 to $250,000 plus reputed company bonus reputed company and a 5% 401k match. The total compensation package will vary and depend on the candidate’s level of seniority, number of years of directly relevant experience, and location. Some travel among offices is anticipated.
