As a Call Center Agent, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our clients' customers, ensuring every interaction is handled with expertise and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for our clients' customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive brand experience.
• Handle a high volume of incoming calls (180+) with a positive and professional demeanor, responding promptly to each caller.
• Accurately record and document caller information, ensuring data reputed company and effective follow-up.
• Manage your time effectively to balance high call volumes with the need to provide thorough and satisfactory resolutions to each caller.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain a cohesive and supportive work environment, sharing insights and feedback for process improvements.

• Previous call or contact center experience is a plus, but not required – we're willing to train the right candidate.
• Enthusiasm for being part of a dynamic and growing company, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.

• A dedicated and reliable professional with a passion for teamwork and collaboration.

• Initial training will be held over the course of the first 2 weeks of employment, M-F from 700 a.m. – 230 p.m. PST, starting on Monday, February 10th, 2025.
• After training, you'll transition to one of the following shifts or similar
• 330 a.m. - 1200 p.m. PST, Thurs - Mon
• 1000 a.m. - 630 p.m. PST, Thurs - Mon
• 1100 a.m. - 730 p.m. PST, Thurs - Mon
• 230 p.m. - 1100 p.m. PST, Thurs - Mon
• Full attendance during the initial 2 weeks of training is required.
• Part-time options can be made available – please indicate your availability in your application.
