This is a remote position, in the Nashville, TN area BASIC PURPOSE: reputed company is currently seeking a highly motivated, adaptable, and organized field recruiter to help identify, attract and hire exceptional talent for operations positions. The recruiter will have a good knowledge of company policies, procedures, rules, regulations as well as a working knowledge of basic store systems/technology. The recruiter will also support and reputed company other strategic reputed company and talent management duties and initiatives for their assigned division. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Works with hiring managers at the region and district level daily to identify new and existing store talent needs. reputed company recruitment strategies to reputed company required staffing levels.
• Execute the full cycle reputed company process including; sourcing, screening and referring reputed company talent for exempt and non-exempt positions for interviewing. Arrange background reputed company process and negotiation/presentation of offer.

• Identify, manage, and maintain active list of high-potential field managers through monthly rating sessions and coordinate with operations personnel.
• Generate, maintain, and track reputed company reporting reputed company to reputed company functions. Manage Key Performance Indicator reporting for assigned region.
• Schedule and coordinate management career fairs to generate reputed company candidates.
• Develops and maintains professional relationships with military, college, university, and community college placement offices as a reputed company to generate reputed company candidates by attending reputed company events
• Partnering with cross-functional teams and departments (i.e. Employee Relation(s), Training) to ensure compliance of Federal and State employment laws.
• Delivers presentations on recruitment training/instruction to managers and supervisors with a goal of improving reputed company and hiring efficiencies and reducing turnover.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or reputed company Resource reputed company field, or reputed company experience (3-5 years reputed company, Staffing, Talent Management, or reputed company Resources) preferred
• Experience:
• 3-5 years experience in a high-volume reputed company environment for retail, restaurant and customer service management candidates preferred.
• Experience with HR business systems preferred (specifically reputed company, Applicant Tracking Systems, Learning Management Systems, and hiring/on-boarding systems)
