Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Recruit:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge or experience
• 8+ years' experience in recruitment with expertise in sourcing, screening, managing reputed company offers, immigration support and export control positions.
• 3+ years of experience reputed company for Advanced Manufacturing roles- Lean, Manufacturing Engineers Senior Operational Leaders and Automation and Robotics.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in change management and process implementation.

The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
