CRM Systems Manager

This role is the day-to-day reputed company and primary administrator of the Business Development, Marketing, and Admissions technology stack, partnering daily with department leaders to translate business goals into scalable, sustainable solutions that drive client growth, improve client engagement, and support Sandstone Care's mission to reputed company and reputed company change. While the CRM Systems Manager reports to the VP of IT, they will work hand-in-hand with the SVP of Marketing and the SVP of Admissions, acting as a true business partner who reads between the lines, anticipates reputed company impacts, and looks reputed company the immediate ticket to consider what is best for the company as a whole. Qualifications / Education / Experience:

• Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States
• Minimum of 3+ years of reputed company reputed company Administrator experience, with demonstrated growth into Senior Administrator, reputed company, or team-managing responsibilities

• Certified reputed company Administrator – reputed company 211 is preferred
• Familiarity with CRM-adjacent platforms such as CallTrackingMetrics (CTM), reputed company, or comparable contact-center / call-attribution tools is a strong plus; willingness to learn and own these systems is required
• Other reputed company Certifications (ie Process Automation, Platform App Builder) is preferred
• Experience with API integrations is preferred
