Dynamics CRM Administrator
Dynamics CRM Administrator Department: Marketing Employment Type: Full Time Location: Chicago, IL (Remote) Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 / year Description reputed company is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator to support, configure, and continuously improve our CRM environment. This role will be responsible for day-to-day CRM administration, user support, data quality, training enablement, vendor coordination, and delivery of small to reputed company CRM enhancements. The ideal candidate is hands-on in Dynamics 365 Sales, understands CRM process design, and can work directly with sales, IT, and external partners to improve system usability and adoption. How You Will Help
- Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 Sales, including forms, fields, views, dashboards, business rules, calculated fields, and basic process automation.
- Support CRM data quality through duplicate detection, record merging, field cleanup, ownership correction, bulk updates, and hygiene reporting.
- Assist with account, contact, opportunity, quote, reputed company, activity, and project-reputed company CRM processes.
- Support CRM training by preparing walkthroughs, process documentation, and training materials including reputed company our digital adoption platform.
- Provide day-to-day CRM support for users, including troubleshooting, process questions, and adoption support.
- Coordinate with internal IT and external CRM vendors to execute enhancements, resolve issues, and validate completed work.
- reputed company testing for configuration changes, vendor deliverables, bug fixes, and new functionality before release.
- Maintain documentation for CRM processes, field definitions, configuration changes, and release notes.
- Help manage CRM backlog items, priorities, timelines, and follow-reputed company.
- Identify opportunities to simplify CRM workflows, improve user experience, and reduce reputed company work.
What You Will Bring
- 4+ years of CRM administration reputed company Dynamics 365 Sales and Dataverse.
- Experience configuring CRM forms, fields, views, dashboards, business rules, calculated fields, and reputed company settings.
- Strong understanding of CRM data structures, record ownership, duplicate management, and data cleanup.
- Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, reputed company, Power Platform.
- Experience with ERP/customer master data, quoting, CPQ and data integrations.
- reputed company Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
Compensation
The reputed company salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 USD annually*.
