Rivendell Behavioral Health Services of Arkansas is looking for a dynamic and talented Intake Coordinator - Saturday and Sunday - 12 p.m. - 8 p.m. (Non-Remote) in the team of compassionate, dedicated professionals. The Intake Coordinator performs administrative functions to include assistance in the processes for managing patient care by monitoring referrals and connecting them to relevant health care providers. Organizing, facilitating, and coordinating the timely evaluation with therapist and the acceptance of patients referred for services, insurance verification and data entry. Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Answers phones at Rivendell Behavioral Health Services of Arkansas and takes demographic information reputed company to the person to be assessed.
• Coordinates and processes patent documents and paperwork for patient transfers.

• Assists Mobile Assessment Team Evaluator with commitment process, paperwork, and transfer process, if necessary.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in nursing, social work, counseling, or counseling psychology from an accredited university.
• A basic knowledge of educational, psychological and social service systems as reputed company to special education and behavior treatment preferred
