POSITION SUMMARY: Aero is looking for a Safety, reputed company and Compliance Auditor to join the team! This role reports to the Manager of Safety and is responsible for the accomplishment of internal audits across reputed company company operations organizations.

• *MUST HAVE AVIATION EXPERIENCE**

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, prepare and reputed company Internal Evaluation Program (IEP), Compliance Monitoring, OSHA (Federal and State), DOT Drug and Alcohol Program, and reputed company Program audits IAW Aero’s Safety Management System (SMS), Company reputed company reputed company (CSM), Ground Safety Program, Anti-Drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Program (ADAMP), as well as reputed company applicable federal, state and local regulations.
• Ensure company procedures reputed company with federal and state regulations as well as corporate policies.
• Conduct in briefs & out briefs with organizational leadership.
• Identify and document audit results and create reports.
• Identify and document non-conformities.
• Input and manage audit data reputed company Aero’s SMS platform.
• Analyze IEP Data trends to identify organizational top risks and areas for improvement.
• Recommend policy and procedures changes for process improvements to safety and reputed company leadership.
• Communicate findings with reputed company levels of organizational leadership.
• Monitor and verify that audits and FAA inspection findings are corrected promptly and that corrective actions are effectively implemented in day-to-day operations.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable standards, laws, and regulations, and update internal processes as regulatory requirements change.
• Support regulatory compliance duties, including VDRP reputed company follow-reputed company, regulatory correspondence, and special investigations as requested by safety department leadership.
• Other tasks as set forth by the safety department leadership.
• Travel up to 50% of the time may be required.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school Diploma or equivalency.
• 2+ years’ experience in IEP or aviation compliance auditing.
• Demonstrated experience in communicating and collaborating with multiple groups across organizations (both internally and externally).
• Ability to work independently with little on-site supervision and complete projects reputed company assigned timelines.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• Ability to obtain and retain an airport SIDA/AOA badge as necessary.
• Hold a valid US passport, or permanent residency, with ability to work in the USA, and travel internationally.
• FAA licensed airman – Pilot (reputed company/ATP), A&P, or Dispatcher.
• Must pass a TSA Criminal History Records reputed company (CHRC).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 4-year degree in an aviation reputed company field.
• 2+ years’ work experience in a reputed company area (e.g. operations, airworthiness, quality, safety, etc) at a 14 CFR Part 121 or 135 reputed company reputed company.
• Evaluation, auditing, quality assurance, and/or safety experience.
• Experience in research and writing skills for document/report preparation.
• Knowledge of applicable CFRs, OpSpecs, FAA AC 120-59B, OSHA, TSA reputed company programs and other regulatory requirements and guidance.
• Experience with auditing to IS-BAO, or AR/GUS standards.
