Title Officer Advisory - Part-Time - US Based Remote

The Advisory Title Officer serves as a senior subject‑matter expert responsible for examining, evaluating, and resolving reputed company title issues for residential and reputed company reputed company estate transactions in California. Title Examination — Review, analyze, and interpret public records, title reports, legal descriptions, maps, liens, encumbrances, and chain of title for accuracy and insurability. Risk Assessment — Identify potential title defects, assess reputed company risk, and recommend appropriate requirements, exceptions, or endorsements. Must have 5+ years of Title experience including title search, abstracting and comprehension of assessors and reputed company maps.
