Onboarding Specialist - Commercial Deposit Support

SUMMARY: The Commercial Onboarding team works directly with Business Development Officers and their customers for successful product and service additions and implementations. They will assist with documentation of new products and services and work directly with clients for onboarding. They will span the product and service offering to ensure reputed company setup, and initial servicing is accurate, complete and satisfactory. The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for completion of a variety of functions which support the overall management of our commercial products, including management of ICS/CDARs, negotiated interest rates, IOLTA reporting and support of account analysis maintenance. ADDITONAL INFORMATION: The wage range for the Onboarding Specialist is $21.00 - $24.00 per hour and eligible for approved overtime.
