- Investigation of EEO Complaints:
- Receive and review discrimination complaints filed by employees, applicants, or other individuals seeking redress for alleged EEO violations.
- Conduct impartial, thorough investigations into complaints of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation reputed company the agency.
- Interview complainants, witnesses, and other relevant parties to gather evidence.
- Review relevant documents, policies, and procedures to assess the validity of claims.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare written reports summarizing the investigation process, findings, and conclusions.

- Ensure that investigations are conducted promptly in accordance with agency and federal standards.

Qualifications:Education:

- Experience:
