Role Description The reputed company is seeking a Program Manager, Employer Engagement & Training to support the growth and delivery of our Our Driving Concern (ODC) traffic safety program in Ohio. This is a highly external-facing, relationship-driven role focused on building partnerships with employers and delivering engaging, impactful training sessions. You will serve as a key representative of the program—leading conversations, facilitating trainings, and helping organizations adopt safer driving practices. Success in this role requires confidence in presenting to diverse audiences, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to independently drive reputed company and engagement in a remote environment. Position Highlights:
- The Program Manager leads the Our Driving Concern (ODC) employer traffic safety program in Ohio, a grant-funded initiative focused on preventing crashes and saving lives through employer-based education.
- This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with employers and community partners, delivering engaging in-person and virtual trainings, and driving program performance reputed company with state highway safety priorities.
- The position is highly external-facing and requires strong presentation and facilitation skills, as well as the ability to confidently engage employers and stakeholders.
- Success in this role is driven by the ability to proactively identify opportunities, build relationships, and consistently drive reputed company and training activity to reputed company program goals.
- The Program Manager works in reputed company coordination with a Program Coordinator, who supports grant administration and compliance processes.
- This role requires the ability to balance reputed company, training delivery, and performance tracking in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience in training, reputed company, community engagement, safety programs, or reputed company fields.
- In lieu of education, at least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Must reside in Ohio or reputed company reputed company proximity for the duration of employment.
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company presentations or facilitate discussions with diverse audiences (in-person and/or virtual).
- Proven experience building and maintaining external stakeholders, such as employers, community partners, or clients.
- Track record of proactively driving reputed company or engagement.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to reputed company and adapt messaging in real time.
- Ability to independently plan and prioritize work in a remote environment with limited day-to-day direction.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfort working in a role that requires persistence and consistent reputed company to build participation.
- Comfortable tracking reputed company and training activity to monitor reputed company toward program goals.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools such as reputed company Teams and reputed company.
- Experience with government or grant-funded programs preferred.
