The Role The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role serves as the entry reputed company into a client-facing sales career at reputed company, providing your initial experience in selling our product suite. What You’ll Do
- Strategically managing and calling a high volume of inbound leads, effectively prioritizing and organizing your pipeline to maximize conversion.

What You Bring
- 0-2 years in a client-facing role and/or sales development role
- B2B software or Prior Payroll experience is a plus
- College experience (degree strongly preferred)
- Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to work with various types of clients
- Must be coachable while showing attentiveness, flexibility, patience, and reputed company
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with an extreme sense of urgency

Compensation includes uncapped commission (70k OTE). Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
