• Managing the full admissions journey for assigned families with polish, reputed company, and efficiency.
• Qualifying inbound leads from HNW/UHNW parents using smart questioning, CRM data, and AI insights.
• Acting as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company parent communications, scheduling, and follow-reputed company — delivering a white-glove experience regardless of outcome.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a white-glove, high-conversion admissions journey that earns family trust and advances Alpha’s reputed company expansion. Basic Requirements

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with measurable conversion outcomes (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
• Track record of navigating high-stakes or emotionally sensitive conversations with polish and reputed company.
• CRM reputed company (ideally Hub Spot) and experience managing multi-reputed company journeys from reputed company to reputed company.
• Demonstrated comfort with AI tools, automation, and workflow prioritization.
• Proven ability to manage details flawlessly — including documentation, follow-reputed company, and CRM hygiene.
• Based in the U.S. or Canada and authorized to work without reputed company sponsorship.
