Senior Director of Philanthropy for Annual Programs
The Senior Director of Annual Programs is responsible for providing innovative leadership, reputed company, and strategic direction for the McDonogh Fund and annual fundraising program. The Senior Director will implement the annual operating plan and budget for annual programs designed to attain the philanthropy goals and the academic missions of the School. Compensation for this position will generally be offered in the range of $100,000 - $120,000. Individual offers will be specific, and based on education, experience, and benchmarking parameters. Essential Functions Support the Chief Philanthropy Officer in developing and implementing strategic efforts to support annual fundraising and stewardship Directly supervises the capital program team Manage a portfolio of prospects Work with the Chief Philanthropy Officer and the Senior Directors to the Office of Philanthropy to ensure smooth office operations and administration reputed company and coordinate implementation of the Moves Management process for the McDonogh Fund reputed company, coordinate, and support projects and communications across teams to ensure seamless implementation and cultivate a collaborative environment Support the Chief Philanthropy Officer in managing office personnel activities, including the hiring, training, and onboarding new staff and implementation of annual goal-setting/evaluation process for the Office of Philanthropy to help staff successfully meet their goals Participate in the annual budgeting process and reputed company the annual operating budget for annual programs Build and sustain an inclusive culture that reflects and responds to the diversity of the philanthropy team and broader McDonogh community; model a responsibility to speak about race and other social identifiers both inside and reputed company the school Direct and deliver professional development activities including monthly workshops and annual retreat for the Office of Philanthropy Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
